I am not one to make hasty choices in life but for some reason the other day I feel in love with a puppy in front of a store that were adopting dogs out. Even the parents left the nest after and built is some where else. We still see birds come to our house and we think they might be the ones born here. they seem very comfortable.

What to do with law breaking neighbour?
Young fellow moved into our tiny village with a two Rottweiler dogs knowing full well we are a BSL (breed specific legislation) enforced municipality. And this was voted in by all 225 members of the community. He was eventually convinced to remove the dogs from his property but he keeps bringing them back on weekends when our local bylaw people are absent.
We have no animal enforcement and the RCMP are 45 minutes away and too busy for dog calls on weekends. How do we stop this person from bringing his dogs back repeatedly.

Hi, I recently moved from a house with a (Semi) fenced in yard and we used a Shock collar type thing that would go off if my dog ever left the yard. Needless to say i was able to leave him outside for extended periods without worrying.
Now i have moved to a yard where the front and back yards are seperated(and not fenced in) so i cannot successfully use a shock collar. So i am having to walk him everywhere. I have a Woodland-type area right behind my back yard which i have been able to let him off the leash and he can do what he needs to, but recently he has stopped going to the bathroom when i let him off, and he is starting to run after animals ( i almost lost him today).
When i try to walk him up and down a street it usually takes a good 15 ( On a good day) or more minutes for him to go #2. Is there any easy solution to make him more comfortable using the bathroom in my own yard so i dont have to go on extended walks everytime he needs to go?
-Someone suggested to me making scheduled times to take him out.
*I have tried out-side leashes than i can put in the ground and can roam around a bit, but due to the amount of trees in the woodland part of my backyard he always gets tangled up, and he doesnt feel (or in 4 years i havent seen him) comfortable going #2 out in the open.

I kept asking my dad to get me a horse and he finally did. We live on a ranch and all the horses are his,not mine. He gave me a 4 year old 15.2 hand buckskin mustang gelding straight from the mustang rescues.He told me that if I wanted a horse that I wasnt going to be spoiled like all the other so called riders and go out and buy a horse thats already broke and ready to go.He told me that I had to train and break the horse myself.I am 19 years old and lived around horses my entire life. I know how to work with them and break them.The problem is that this horse is absolutely insane! He goes crazy when anyone gets near him.He wont let anyone touch him.I dont even think he is trainable! If I say forget it and go buy a already broke horse,I wont be allowed back on the ranch(thats how it goes around here).I will be considered spoiled and my family will hate me. So I personally would never break a horse in bareback. for one if it actually bucked I would fall off no doubt, plus I would just be that much more nervous when I got on. I just broke my first horse in the other day, I would drape myself over him and stuff before I put a saddle on him, but I would never actually sit or lay on him. then when we put the saddle on I did the same thing before half mounting and stroking his neck. What happens when a bird dies?
i was sitting in my backyard and a blue jay that seemed injured had been under a tree most the day,and various blue birds came and went throughout the day then a little while ago he tilted his head back ,flapped his wings, and fell over and never moved again so we are gonna bury him but was wondering if this is normal

2.) The next one is, if I have live rock in my sump, if I put some dead coral skeletons with it, will it become live rock too?
3.) How much live rock should I have in a 55 gallon tank and a 20 gallon sump in total?

Yes, you have to be good. Also, you have to be willing to promote the business or product that is sponsoring you.
Most businesses are willing to be sponsors because it allows them to market to a group of people who will want to buy their product. So if you are a successful rider and you use XYZ feed, then people will see this and may also want to feed XYZ to their horses to see if it can help them be successful.
Remember that sponsorships are not donations. Sponsorships are marketing opportunities for whoever is interested in being a sponsor.
Find a small feed store or a new product that is looking to get more exposure. Is there a local woman making/selling her own horse cookies? She may be willing to sponsor you if you have her logo on your saddle pad. Think small to get started.
You have to do different programs. For example, USHJA has young rider development programs that you can get noticed for a sponsor through. You need a good trainer too. Sponsors lean towards riders that will actually win and having a good trainer increases that. You only get a sponsor if you are super competitive. You have to show at all the big shows.
To help get a sponsorship I recommend getting your name noticed in the equestrian world by catch riding at shows and showing in the equitation. Good riding pays off to good sponsorships.

So if you are a successful rider and you use XYZ feed, then people will see this and may also want to feed XYZ to their horses to see if it can help them be successful.
Remember that sponsorships are not donations. Sponsorships are marketing opportunities for whoever is interested in being a sponsor.
Find a small feed store or a new product that is looking to get more exposure. Is there a local woman making/selling her own horse cookies? She may be willing to sponsor you if you have her logo on your saddle pad. Think small to get started.
You have to do different programs. For example, USHJA has young rider development programs that you can get noticed for a sponsor through. You need a good trainer too. Sponsors lean towards riders that will actually win and having a good trainer increases that. You only get a sponsor if you are super competitive. You have to show at all the big shows.
To help get a sponsorship I recommend getting your name noticed in the equestrian world by catch riding at shows and showing in the equitation. Good riding pays off to good sponsorships.
So in other words you have to be beyond good, You have to already have the money to get competitive to get looked at by a sponsor.
