Young fellow moved into our tiny village with a two Rottweiler dogs knowing full well we are a BSL (breed specific legislation) enforced municipality. And this was voted in by all 225 members of the community. He was eventually convinced to remove the dogs from his property but he keeps bringing them back on weekends when our local bylaw people are absent.
We have no animal enforcement and the RCMP are 45 minutes away and too busy for dog calls on weekends. How do we stop this person from bringing his dogs back repeatedly.
BTW his ********* is pregnant and due to deliver at any time.
